purposes. The payment strategy is the same with minimum repayments needing to be
paid each month, with the loan term set for up to 30 years.
These home loans must be secured by residential property.
Line Of Credit Loans
Line of credit (or equity) loans are interest only variable
rate loans secured against residential property. They allow borrowers to borrow
up to a specified limit and provide access to funds, when required, up to the original
limit set. Generally, the minimum repayment required is the monthly interest only.
